Go Figure Upload Instructions Back

Here are the steps to upload your database.  Close your iGoFigure program and create a backup file when prompted. Click on the following link http://support.igofigure.com/ or type the address in the address bar of your internet browser.  Please Note:  It is VERY important, if you type the address DO NOT type www in the link. Enter your Go Figure ID number and your business name separated by a dash in the available field. Click the box to select files to upload. a) Click on Computer on the left side of the screen and then double click on and open your (C:) Drive. b) Open the Program Files (x86) or Program Files folder. c) Open the GoFigure folder.  Select the latest log file LogFileYYYYMM.log and click the blue field to add another. Open the User Backups folder. Select the latest backup file and click to Upload.  **Note:  Default file name GFYYYYMMDDTTTT.gfb is GF, Year, Month, Day, and 24 hour Time. Click Upload, you will see a progress bar during upload Do not close the browser until you see green confirmation check marking the upload completed.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
